A veteran in this trade since last 40 years, commerce graduate, started his career with working for one of the top travel agency from 1981-86, freelancing till 1994 and thereafter started an IATA accredited agency in association with Business Partner Raju Ramchandani with a vision to provide a value-added product to travelers.
He is well connected with personnel’s/ professionals of this industry and has in-depth knowledge of the trade with emphasis on planning itineraries & getting best air fares, country-specific land packages, Hotels, Visas, and Emigration formalities.
In the last 4 decades he has evolved through the challenges faced by the industry and due to his vast experience and support by his Partner Raju Ramchandani, have ably managed and pushed the company to a new level of success inspite of the stiff competition by online travel portals.
Raju Ramchandani
He started his career in the Hospitality industry in Mumbai more than 4 decades back, and later left for Dubai, looking out for greener pastures.In the year 1984 he left the Gulf and returned to India to start his own business in the Travel trade.It was at this time fate brought him in contact with Deepak Kotian, when they decided to start the business together,after which they have since not looked back, through all the ups and downs.
From a small office of a Non IATA agency, they have successfully taken their business to a different level with emphasis on certain skills and qualifications, like the ability to work under pressure, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, time management, advanced computer skills, along with sales-related yet service-oriented approach.
